Building Financial Understanding Since 2019

We started zasy-lvtoloivo because too many Australians felt overwhelmed by banking jargon and financial decisions. Our mission remains simple: make banking education accessible, practical, and genuinely helpful.

How We Started

Back in 2019, I was working as a bank advisor in Melbourne when I noticed something troubling. Clients would nod along during consultations, then leave more confused than when they arrived. The banking industry had created this wall of complexity that made simple concepts feel impossible.

After countless evenings explaining the same concepts over coffee with friends and family, the idea for zasy-lvtoloivo became clear. What if we could teach banking the way people actually learn — through real examples, plain language, and practical application?

We launched our first workshop in a Ballarat community center with twelve participants. Today, we've helped over 3,000 Australians build confidence with their banking decisions.

What Drives Our Teaching

These principles shape every workshop, course, and consultation we deliver. They're not just words on our website — they guide how we approach every interaction.

Clarity First

Banking doesn't have to be complicated. We break down complex concepts into understandable steps that actually stick.

Real-World Focus

Every lesson connects to situations you'll actually encounter. No theoretical exercises — just practical skills you can use immediately.

Judgment-Free Learning

Financial literacy isn't about being smart or stupid. Everyone starts somewhere, and we create space for honest questions.

Our Growth Journey

From a single community workshop to comprehensive banking education programs across Victoria.

2019

Foundation Year

Started with basic banking workshops in Ballarat. Our first group of twelve participants gave us the feedback that shaped our entire approach.

2021

Program Expansion

Added specialized courses for small business banking and introduced our signature "Banking Basics" curriculum that we still use today.

2023

Digital Integration

Launched online components to complement in-person learning. Not full online courses — we still believe face-to-face explanation works best for complex topics.

2025

Community Partnership

Now working with local libraries and community centers to make banking education available in rural areas across central Victoria.

Meet Our Lead Educator

Marcus founded zasy-lvtoloivo after spending years watching clients leave bank consultations more confused than when they arrived. His approach combines practical banking experience with adult education principles.

"Banking isn't mysterious — it's just been explained poorly. When you understand the 'why' behind banking processes, the 'how' becomes straightforward."

He holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services and Adult Education qualifications from TAFE Victoria. More importantly, he's helped over 3,000 people build confidence with their banking decisions.
